About the event
Gather under Mother Oak and the full moon for our 4th year of full moon yoga at Heartland Homestead!
Sara Kelly will lead our yoga flow and Kate Sorokas will perform a sound bath under the sky as the sun sets around us.
Come a few minutes early to settle in with a cup of hot tea from our foraged tea bar and stay after our flow to gather around the bonfire and engage in heartful, joyful connection.
General Flow...
*Arrive as early as 6:45pm to grab a cup of tea, explore, and settle in.
*7:15 pm - Yoga flow begins
